Damage Deposit
A one-time Damage Deposit of $350.00 must be paid before a student will be assigned a location within STI Housing. The Damage Deposit will remain on account for the duration of the student’s residency. Damage charges assessed at a resident’s final check-out will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.

With the exception of carpet shampooing fees, the Damage Deposit will not be used to pay for damages, fines or other fees incurred during the duration of residency. Such charges, fines and fees will be applied to a student’s account at the time they occur with payment expected within two weeks.
