Admission Criteria 

1 of the following:  
  • HS GPA: 2.0 GPA - Including English “C” average or higher; Algebra “C” average or higher 
  • GED: 500 
  • ACT: 15 
  • ACT Math: (online classes) 17 
  • SAT English: See the Southeast Tech catalog for ACT/SAT conversions 
  • College GPA: 2.0 GPA - Must have college Composition/Algebra transfers or college completion of Pre-Academic Comp and/or Pre-Academic Algebra. Based on 12+ credits 
  • Professional Discretion 
If students do not meet one of the above requirements, they are required to take the Next-Generation ACCUPLACER:

Southeast Technical Institute's online Accounting program is a Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) program. You may purchase a laptop on your own or from the Southeast Tech Support Center.
