Southeast Technical College has teamed up with Parchment to offer an official digital version of your diploma in addition to the hard copy of your diploma. All students earning a Certificate, Diploma or Associate of Applied Science will receive an original hard copy and an official digital version.

How to Get it
Graduates will receive an email notification at their STC email address with instructions to electronically claim their diploma approximately 1-2 weeks after their degree is conferred by the Registrar’s Office.

Check your Southeast Tech email or text message for the award notification.

Set up Your Parchment Account
Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.

Download and Share!
Share your digital diploma on Facebook and LinkedIn or download a secure .pdf version.
When you receive the notification, you will be asked to update your mailing address if necessary (within 72 hours of receiving the notification). This is the address your hard-copy diploma will be mailed to.
Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment account. You can log in and download or share it repeatedly—at no cost to you.
