The Registrar's Office is available to assist students with multiple requests including providing Official Transcripts and ensuring that graduation requirements are clearly stated for each program.

When employers, higher education institutions or other organizations or agencies ask for a transcript of a student's higher education coursework, they are usually referring to transcripts which are transmitted to them by the sending institution and which bear some secure means of identifying them as unaltered, accurate records.
These are often referred to as "official transcripts." Southeast Tech official transcripts are printed on security paper and bear the official seal and the signature of the Registrar.

Start the transcript ordering process and enter the required information

Once complete, your card will be charged, and Southeast Tech will receive your request
Note: A transcript will not be released if this office has been notified of financial indebtedness to Southeast Tech.
Unofficial Transcripts may be requested by emailing Registrar@southeasttech.edu. There is no fee for requesting an unofficial transcript. Transcripts will be processed within 5–7 days of receipt by the Registrar's Office.

(2) Last Four Digits of Social Security Number
(3) Whom/Where to send unofficial transcript

Since our beginning in 1968, Southeast Tech and our graduates have supplied a solid foundation for the workforce needed in our region. The Southeast Tech Foundation Board encourages businesses which employ our alumni to invest in the future with a contribution to our Annual Fund Drive.
