Southeast Tech offers free, confidential counseling services to students. Traditional and Distance Counseling Services are available for a wide range of issues related to one’s personal life and for success as a student.   • Students must be located in the State of South Dakota at the time of the counseling session in order to receive services as Southeast Technical Institute currently employs counselors licensed in the State of South Dakota.
  • Anyone currently involved in, or who may become involved in legal proceedings, must be aware this type of counseling is outside the scope of services at Southeast Technical Institute.
