Jarrod Johnson joined the Southeast Tech faculty in Fall 2020, as in instructor in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) department. He has been in the industry for 22 years.
In 1999, he began working for a commercial temperature controls company. After a few years, he advanced to service technician and was responsible for maintenance and repair of pneumatic and digital control systems, as well as chiller and large air handling equipment. He serviced equipment in South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa.
In 2004, he started his own company focusing on residential HVAC installation and repair and hired many Southeast Tech graduates.
Jarrod graduated from Southeast Tech in 2000.
