The Medical Assisting class at Southeast Technical College created care kits containing band-aids, first aid ointment and hand sanitizers for distribution to the homeless and those in need at the Faith Temple Food Giveaway. The items for the kits were donated, and the small kits were designed to easily fit into a pocket. The project was done in conjunction with HealthConnect.
