Four New Faculty Join Southeast Tech

Instructors Set to Begin Teaching Fall 2020

Southeast Technical Institute announced today that four new members will be joining its faculty. Dr. Emily Stahl, Marcia Jensen, Lynn Heath and Megan Solberg will begin as instructors with the Fall 2020 semester.

“We are finding some exceptionally talented faculty seeking to join Southeast Technical Institute. Dr. Stahl, Ms. Jensen, Ms. Heath and Ms. Solberg are representative of the kind of professionals who are excited to be part of our engaged learning environment at the college,” said Dr. Benjamin Valdez, Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Dr. Valdez continued, “As we assemble our faculty, work on curriculum and complete our course catalog, we are working to deliver an education aligned with college admissions boards, as opposed to minimum state requirements. One of the greatest challenges for higher education is student preparedness. We aim to turn that challenge into an opportunity for students by assembling a team who knows what it takes to help students succeed and meet the needs of industry and our changing economy.”
