Southeast Technical College Graduates from HLC’s Assessment Academy
Graduates Aim to Improve Student Learning and Engagement
Southeast Technical College is one of 19 colleges and universities that recently graduated from the Higher Learning Commission's (HLC) Assessment Academy, which aims to enhance student learning and engagement.
Through the Academy, STC learned to identify best practices and techniques for assessing student learning, how to engage their communities in the student learning assessment process, and how to build a culture and commitment to using assessment as a means for improving student learning over the long term.
