Full-time Faculty

New, full-time faculty will need to complete the following forms/tasks:

Business card order form
Website biography form
Name tag form
Schedule your headshot via email. This photo will be used in the email and LMS systems, as well as on your website bio page and your employee ID. After your photo has been taken, you can access your Mobile ID.
Create your email signature

Staff or Non-Teaching Employee

New, full-time staff and non-teaching employees will need to complete the following tasks. Current staff can also use these forms for reorders or changes in information:

Business card order form
Name tag form
Schedule your headshot via email. This photo will be used in the email and LMS systems, as well as on your website bio page and your employee ID. After your photo has been taken, you can access your Mobile ID.

Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct faculty will need to complete the following tasks:

Schedule your headshot via email. This photo will be used in the email and LMS systems and your mobile employee ID. After your photo has been taken, you can access your Mobile ID.
If you are a remote employee and will not be reporting to campus, please use the email above to notify marketing of your remote status.
