STC's Software Support Specialist program can be completed entirely online or on campus.

Why Online Classes?

Southeast Tech's online courses and programs are structured in with weekly assignments and deadlines. Students are provided with the tools needed to be successful through videos, lectures, assignments and interactions with faculty.

Part-Time Curriculum

Southeast Tech offers part-time programming for students obtaining online training become a Software Support Specialist. Courses run through fall, spring and summer semesters, with a course load of 3-8 credits each semester.

SARA Approved

Southeast Technical College has been approved to participate in State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).

NC-SARA is an agreement among member states that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs. The agreement makes it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions based in another state.

Student complaints concerning online courses and programs that have not been resolved through Southeast Technical College's complaint process may appeal to the South Dakota Board of Technical Education, the South Dakota Board of Regents or the Higher Learning Commission.

Online and On-Campus 1-Year Diploma Program - 33 Credits

A Software Support Specialist has strong troubleshooting skills and technical proficiency of computer logic and methodology to run software applications.
