Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

Curriculum

Students will attend lab and clinical on campus or at a designated clinical site face-to-face with an instructor. There are a total of 5 lab days with NURS 211LS. During lab, students must demonstrate and check off on all advanced LPN skills and RN skills. 

The following courses have 6 days of clinical, totaling 18 days: NURS 211LS, NURS 220S, and NURS 230S. Some clinical may be in the evening and on weekends, depending on the site. Students will be provided clinical schedules as far in advance as possible. Online lectures are started twice a year, in January and August. Face-to-face lectures are offered once year, starting in August.
