Sports Turf Management professionals create and maintain golf courses, sports facilities and landscapes on a residential and commercial level. You’ll learn turf management for sports applications, how to work with a variety of specialized equipment, foremanship training, study soils and fertilizers, basic landscape design and construction, irrigation principles and practices, plant identification including trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials; pest management and arboriculture.
